family healing intensives

There are moments in life that ask us to stop everything and sit with what’s real.

When illness enters the room, chronic, terminal, or life-altering   it rearranges the center of gravity for everyone.
Plans shift. Emotions rush in. Old wounds surface. The air gets heavier.
And suddenly, the question becomes:

How do we walk this part of the path with clarity, compassion, and as little regret as possible?

You don’t have to navigate this alone.
None of you do.

Walking Beside You When Life Gets Tender

End-of-life work is sacred.
It’s raw, honest, holy in its own way   and it deserves care that is both practical and deeply human.

As a former hospice social worker, grief practitioner, trauma therapist, and death doula who has sat at countless bedsides, I know what these transitions really look like.
The fear.
The love.
The complicated family dynamics.
The things left unsaid.
The parts of us that suddenly wake up when time feels shorter.

At Bold Embrace, we support individuals and families through:

  • navigating medical, emotional, legal, and financial decisions

  • communicating with clarity and softness during high-stress moments

  • finding meaning, comfort, and spiritual grounding

  • planning rituals, ceremony, or celebration-of-life gatherings

  • anticipatory grief, anxiety, and depression around dying

  • bereavement support, including pet loss and disenfranchised grief

This is care for the whole human   and the whole family.

A Place Where Nothing Is “Too Much”

Some people come to us wanting to make peace.
Some want to heal old relationships.
Some want to understand their fear.
Some want to prepare their loved ones.
Some want to say goodbye with intention.
Some want to live the time they have left with presence instead of panic.

All of these needs are welcome.
All of them make sense.

We move at the pace your nervous system allows   never faster.

Family Healing Intensives

When a family is facing serious illness, unresolved history often comes rushing forward.
Old roles. Old hurts. Old unspoken things.
It can feel impossible to hold the present moment when the past keeps interrupting it.

That’s why we offer immersive, facilitated spaces to:

  • repair strained relationships

  • address long-carried pain or misunderstanding

  • create clarity and emotional safety

  • speak truths that matter before it’s too late

  • bring compassion into places where communication has broken down

You can change the way your family experiences the end of life.
We create room for peace, forgiveness, closure, and connection   even when life is complicated.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy for Terminal Depression & Demoralization

For those facing terminal illness, depression, emotional collapse, or existential despair can feel unbearable.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offers:

  • relief from emotional pain when talk alone isn’t enough

  • calm where the nervous system has been overwhelmed

  • clarity for final wishes and difficult decisions

  • the possibility of meaning, peace, and connection in the time that remains

This work is gentle, structured, and always held with deep reverence.
It isn’t about “fixing.”
It’s about creating space inside the experience   space to breathe, understand, and find the softest possible landing.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

Even though I speak in “I,” Bold Embrace is not just one person.
You are held by all of us  clinicians, grief workers, ceremonial practitioners, somatic therapists   a team that understands what it means to walk people through the hardest thresholds of life with dignity and tenderness.

We hold your stories like we would hold a candle in a dark room: gently, carefully, with both hands.

When You’re Ready

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to be strong.
You don’t even have to know what you need.

Just reach out.

We’ll start with a conversation   simple, human, steady.
From there, we walk together, one breath, one decision, one moment at a time.

You and your family deserve support, clarity, and peace.
We’re here to offer all of it.
