You Don’t Have to Hold It All Alone
Many of us have been holding it all together for too long: the grief, the stress, the panic, the numbness that never quits. Its time to realize that we are not alone.
Even when we have done some therapy and come to understand it all, sometimes our brain and nervous system still don’t seem to function with the same operating system. That’s not a system failure, we are not bad or broken. It is our system’s built in protective mechanisms; our trauma is stored in our tissues, so the brain can carry on with the demands of daily living.
Sometimes Insight Isn’t Enough
You might recognize yourself in one of these:
• You’ve made progress in therapy, but your body still reacts in ways you don’t always immediately understand. Making reason and logic times impossible
• You feel disconnected from pleasure, rest, joy or relationships.
• You’re tired of being “strong”, exhausted by your own hypervigilance, and sick of managing symptoms.
You long for an inner peace that lasts
• You crave something deeper; relational, ancestral, or energetic healing that talk alone can’t reach.
If any of this is true for you, you’re in the right place. This is for people who’ve survived and are now ready to live safely, fully, and in connection with themselves again.
How We Work
We start small.
Breath. Ground. Connect.
We work with the body because that’s where the story lives. Allowing the heart and mind to find coherence; the body and nervous to share the same operating system.
You’ll learn how to stay steady, not by pushing through but by learning what safety actually feels like. We might use:
• EMDR, to help your brain process what got stuck.
• Ketamine or Psycheldelic Assisted Psychotherapy, for deep trauma release, repatterning and integration when talk isn’t enough.
• Family Constellations, to untangle generational patterns and traumas that perhaps you’ve been carrying for others.; and find peace with what is.
It’s gentle, structured, and completely led by your nervous system.
No forcing. No holding back. Just real healing, at a pace that works. Blending wisdom from psychology, neuroscience, somatics, quantum physics, yoga theory and ceremony. Utilizing a lifetime of skills, philosophies and trainings like EMDR, KAP, IFS, Family Constellations, and indigenous cosmovision learned during my time in Mexico.
Why I Call It Bold Embrace
We grow not by denying what’s hard, but by learning how to stay with it until it softens. Together we say yes to all the parts you thought you had to hide.
That yes is brave and it is bold. Real healing means saying yes to all of it: the anger, the grief, the pain, the fear, the betrayals, the sadness, the longing.
And when we hold those parts with tenderness and compassion- that’s the embrace.
It is a radical act of healing to say yes to what hurt us; turning towards it instead of rejecting and disconnecting. As we learn to gently hold it, it loosens its grip on our lives. Real healing isn’t pretty and it isn’t passive, it requires a Bold Embrace.
I created Bold Embrace as both a therapist and a survivor. I’ve walked the path of the black sheep, the scapegoat, the parentified child, the child sexual abuse survivor, I’ve born the grief of familial shame and traumas. I’ve lived through the long arc of CPTSD recovery myself, and that experience informs my understanding of the lived experience and shapes my capacity to skillfully guide others through.
The Bold Embrace approach isn’t about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about remembering what’s whole. It is where the clinical meets the sacred mysteries; and evidence-based science meets spirit and compassion.
Why “Bold Embrace”?
Because healing asks for courage, the kind that says yes.
Yes to the shadow and the light. Yes to the fear and the longing. Yes to the body, the story, the mystery of it all. Yes to reclaiming all aspects of ourselves, and Yes to Embodying the Wholeness of our truth. With curiousity and compassion we use it all for your healing and evolution. This isn’t asceticism. It’s life as ceremony; lived in full color, held with reverence in sacred trust.
Let’s Do This Together
Healing doesn’t rush. It spirals open where the light is allowed in.
We start with a 20-minute conversation.
Then, if it feels right, we begin slowly.
Grounding. Stabilizing. Letting your system know it’s safe enough to change.
From there, we choose the right tools, whatever serves your healing best. We teach the mind to soften into coherence with the heart, and allow the nervous system to find stability and relief.
Every step is collaborative, paced to your body, and built on consent.
