What This Work Really Is

When I teach yoga or breathwork, I’m not trying to mold your body into shapes.
I’m teaching your system what safety feels like.
What presence feels like.
What it’s like to inhabit your life from a place that isn’t survival.

My training comes from kripalu, kundalini, tantra, Supreme Release Yoga, restorative, aerial yoga, and years of somatics, meditation, trauma work, and ceremonial practice.
But what matters most is this:

We move gently. We breathe honestly. We listen to the body’s truth   not its performance.

How We Practice

Sometimes we’re building strength.
Sometimes we’re unwinding the places life has knotted us up.
Sometimes we’re simply letting you rest in a way you forgot was possible.

In our sessions, we might move through:
